Aimee is passionate about making fitness fit into any stage of life. With her experience as a student athlete, competitive weightlifter, and now busy mom of 2, she understands how important it is to prioritize movement.
Aimee loves to keep fitness fun and come up with ways to involve the whole family. Her goal is to help others live their healthiest life while enjoying the journey. When not at Uproar, you’ll find her outside, traveling, and always having a good time with friends and family.
Aimee’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Health and Wellness, a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, USAW L1, and various nutrition coaching certifications. She is excited to utilize her knowledge and experience to create the ultimate gym experience for each and every member. She can’t wait to personally welcome you to Uproar Strength!​

ANDRES ALEMAN
Head Coach
CrossFit Level 2 | USAW National Coach Level 2
With over 15 years of coaching experience, Andres has guided athletes from diverse backgrounds to national medals and record-breaking performances. He has a gift for working with athletes of all ages and levels from kids to seniors, beginners to pros. He brings a powerful blend of competitive excellence and community leadership, and as a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador from Miami, his positive impact is felt wherever he goes.
Born in Ecuador, raised in Miami, Andres speaks both English and Spanish and has coached in both languages. He is now making his home in New Hampshire and lives in his partners home town with their 2 year old daughter and many furry friends.
Andres’ athletic journey started early, spanning soccer, wrestling, BJJ, MMA, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting. With national medals and division championships across these modalities, he has developed a coaching edge that translates to every athlete he works with.​​
Having coached multiple national medalists from Miami to New Hampshire, he is here to build the community up and share his passion for fitness.
His philosophy: “Our job as coaches is to guide anyone who wants to be better.”
You’ll also see him in the gym coaching classes all week, as well as working 1 on 1 with our members on specific goals and areas of training.

ASHLEY BUXTON
Coach
BS Nutritional Science | CFSC I & II | HYROX
Ashley is a Performance Coach and Nutrition Specialist with over five years of experience in both group fitness and one-on-one coaching. She holds her Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Level I and Level II credentials, along with a HYROX Group Training certification. In addition to her work on the training floor, Ashley owns and operates her own nutrition coaching business, Frontline Fit Coaching.
Currently pursuing her master’s degree in nutrition with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian, Ashley blends evidence-based knowledge with real-world athletic experience. She has competed in bodybuilding, completed a half marathon, and taken on HYROX competitions—bringing a deep understanding of performance, endurance, and long-term training strategy to her clients. Ashley believes in creating approachable,
evidence-based programs that empower clients to build strength and confidence both inside and outside of the gym.

ABBEY PELLETIER

With a lifelong passion for athletics and movement, Abby brings a powerful blend of experience, discipline, and heart to every athlete and client she trains. A multi‑sport athlete from an early
age, she competed in softball, basketball, field hockey, and track and field throughout high school before continuing her athletic career as a collegiate softball player. After graduation, she
found her true competitive home in women’s semi‑professional football. As a proud member of the Boston Renegades, Abby has contributed to six national championships, including five consecutive titles, an achievement that shaped her understanding of elite performance, leadership, and resilience. She now continues her football career at the professional level with the Tennessee Trojans, bringing her championship mindset and veteran experience to the field.

Off the field, Abby’s love for movement and learning continues to drive her, whether she’s coaching football, spending time with family, reading, working out, playing volleyball, or experimenting in the kitchen. She thrives outdoors and believes in staying active in ways that feel joyful and sustainable. Her career centers on sports performance, intelligent training, and injury‑aware coaching, using a holistic approach that blends strength, skill development, and sustainable habits.
Her philosophy emphasizes smart programming, intentional recovery, and training that builds durable, confident athletes. What drives Abby most is seeing people transform, physically, mentally, and emotionally. She loves watching clients gain confidence, achieve goals they once doubted, and develop a genuine love for movement. Her coaching philosophy centers on meeting people where they are, honoring their individuality, and building the physical and mental resilience needed to thrive. She values smart training, intentional recovery, and the belief that progress is measured not just in performance, but in confidence, discipline, and joy.

Ian Joubert
Coach
Jiu-Jitsu
Ian is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 16 years of experience in both gi and no-gi grappling. Through years of training, he has developed a practical self-defense skill set, drawing on concepts from Judo, Wrestling, and MMA, all adapted to enhance his Jiu-Jitsu practice. He also served 8 years in the U.S. Army, competing in multiple Army Combatives tournaments and instructing soldiers at the company level through the Modern Army Combatives Program.
Ian offers private and small-group Jiu-Jitsu instruction for a wide range of students—from beginners who may not yet feel ready for a traditional class, to experienced practitioners looking to refine specific techniques or positions. His coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, efficient movement, and practical problem-solving that complements strength training and athletic performance.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Operations and Project Management and has over 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, using Lean Six Sigma tools to break down complex techniques into clear, repeatable systems. Known for a calm, structured approach, Ian creates a supportive environment where students can build confidence, skill, and achieve meaningful results on the mat.
His philosophy: “Progress comes from mastering the fundamentals and showing up with intention.”
