These classes combine varied functional fitness movements designed to be both intense and effective.
With a mix of strength, conditioning, and bodybuilding, these classes target the whole body.

BARBELL CLUB
Group sessions designed to work on technical drills of Olympic weightlifting. Improve both technique and strength in the snatch, clean, jerk, and squats.

TRAINING HALL
During training hall hours we will have a coach available for feedback and assistance based on each individual's goals. Whether you need a spot for a heavy lift, advice on how to perform a movement, or general feedback on form, our training hall coach is there to help.

ROTATIONAL CLASSES
Looking to try something new? Every few weeks, we’re switching it up with our rotational classes. From HYROX to powerlifting cycles, run club sessions and more, this group program will keep your body guessing and your motivation high. Train with friends, test your limits, and discover new ways to move, lift, and compete - no matter your fitness level.
